1. Acceptance of Terms

By renting a bicycle from our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our bicycle rental service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. User Obligations

As a user of our bicycle rental service, you are required to:

Provide accurate and complete personal information during registration
Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
Possess a valid government-issued identification document
Inspect the bicycle before use and report any damages immediately
Use the bicycle in accordance with traffic laws and safety regulations
Return the bicycle in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted
Pay all applicable fees and charges promptly

You are strictly prohibited from using our bicycles for commercial purposes, illegal activities, or in any manner that could cause damage to the equipment or endanger yourself or others.

3. Service Limitations

Our bicycle rental service operates within specific parameters and limitations. Bicycles are available subject to inventory and weather conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate rentals, or restrict access to our services at our sole discretion. Rental periods are strictly enforced, and late returns may result in additional charges. Our service area is geographically limited, and bicycles must not be taken beyond designated boundaries. We do not guarantee the availability of specific bicycle models or accessories.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and intellectual property associated with our bicycle rental service are owned by or licensed to us. This includes but is not limited to our website design, mobile application, promotional materials, and proprietary technology systems. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of service privileges.

5. Liability Limitations

Your use of our bicycle rental service is entirely at your own risk. We provide bicycles "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our bicycles or violation of these terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with established arbitration rules. Both parties waive their right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Before initiating arbitration, parties must attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations for a period of thirty days. If resolution cannot be achieved, arbitration proceedings may commence. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately for any violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction where our business is located.
